The M2Me solution is designed to facilitate remote maintenance and control of a wide range of industrial devices, including PLCs, HMIs, and drives. It enables users to securely access and operate equipment in real time from a PC, tablet, or smartphone, effectively allowing remote "teleportation" to the monitored site.

The remote operator's terminal is equipped with an M2Me Client, available for both PC and smartphone platforms. This client establishes a direct and secure connection to the M2Me server, which is hosted as a cloud-based solution operated by Etic Telecom. The M2Me Client features an intuitive HMI interface that displays remote sites organized in a directory structure.

An industrial VPN router, referred to as the Machine Access Box or RAS, provides a secure link between the machine's devices and the M2Me server via a protected VPN connection. This setup ensures data integrity and security during remote interactions.

The M2Me remote solution is well-suited for applications requiring remote maintenance and management, particularly those with rising alarm conditions or critical operational demands.
